SNAP IN BLACK perennial antirrhinums are a new selection which combine intense masses of classic snapdragon flowers against a backdrop of dark foliage. New growth emerges black and lightens with age to dark green setting off the vibrant long-lasting flowers.
SNAP IN BLACK Raspberry is a mass of bicolour pink flowers which contrast beautifully with the dark foliage. Flowering peaks in spring and then continues with spot flowering throughout the season.
Snapdragons are great pollinator plants adding to their value in the perennial garden border. They are sun lovers and prefer moist but not water-logged, well drained soil conditions, and will adapt well to most soil types. Feeding with slow release fertiliser and the occasional prune to shape is all that's required. Frost tolerant.
