Rudbeckias are long valued for their late autumn splash of vibrant colour and ability to give our pollinators the chance to top up with valuable nectar to help sustain them over the winter months. Brilliant Smileyz is a double with a prominent dark cone and a burnt orange halo giving a striking and vibrant display of autumn gold.
The striking display is enhanced by the sheer volume of flowers jostling for position in a riot of colour.
Rudbeckias enjoy a sunny position which is moist yet well drained. A good feed with slow release fertiliser in autumn will help them build reserves for the next season's spectacular performance. Simply a brilliant plant!
