Lampranthus, also known as the iceplant, is an exceptionally heat and dry tolerant ground cover perennial suitable for dry or coastal gardens.
Lampranthus 'Raspberry Explosion' will form a dense carpet of mid pink flowers maturing to raspberry red. The key feature of the 'Explosion' series is their extra dense flower coverage, forming a mat of eye-watering colour. The effect of the plant is to form a living mulch, suppressing weeds, and ideal for those difficult garden spots that are simply too hostile for many plants.
