Inca Alstroemeria 'Vienna' is a compact type which produces a mass of delicate white flished with pink and a touch of yellow, a classically pretty garden specimen which will give years of joy but never get invasive or out of control.
Flowers emerge in mid spring and will persist for many months, even known to spot flower throughout the winter in milder climates.
These beauties are capable of going dormant if there is a drought, flushing back to life when the conditions are better.
Suitable for garden, pots or borders Vienna will like a full sun to part shade position and a humus rich soil. Feed after flowering with slow release fertiliser. Remove dead flower heads by tugging the stems to remove, which stimulates repeat flowering.
