Ligularias for strong structural foliage
Ligularias are the Landscapers 'must have' plant for their incredible structural leaves providing the backbone ot the garden pallette. The Ligularia, sometimes known as the 'Leopard Plant', belongs to the Asteraceae family. These are more usually grown for their foliage but Ligularias do produce normally yellow flowers in mid summer to Autumn held on tall flower spikes. The ultimate tough and versatile plant Ligularias will tolerate most conditions growing from part shade to full shade and in most soil types.
