A low growing alpine type dianthus which forms steel blue grey compact mounds of foliage literally smothered with enchanting open single flowers.
It is fragrant and flowers so profusely you can barely see the foliage. Flowers are pink with a dark blackberry centre, and neatly divided petals edged in a fine white border. An enchanting little plant sure to be beloved by butterflies and bees as well as gardeners!
