Inca Alstroemerias are sourced from one of the best breeding programmes of Alstroes in the world, but so far a true white has been difficult to achieve. Inca Alstroemeria Concordia heralds a breakthrough with a true white flower with just a tiny hint of lavender in the throat and stamens.
This gorgeous low growing and compact Inca has an absolute mass of white flowers produced in spring, and will continue to spot flower for many months with the right conditions.
Incas like warm moist humus rich soil conditions and good drainage. They go dormant retreating to their tubers in winter and during drought and this is part of their survival strategy. They emerge when conditions are right with even more flower power! Feeding with slow release fertiliser aids optimum flowering performance.
